Kapolei Elementary Return to On-Campus Face to Face Learning ----> See WELLNESS CHECKLIST here!

Kindergarten-Third Grade Parents should have received letters in the mail regarding return to on-campus face to face learning starting in February 2021.

Pending any large spikes in COVID-19 numbers, we will continue with the plan as stated in our December 2019 parent letter, starting with students in kindergarten and working our way up to fifth grade students.

Please know that our plans all depend on COVID-19 spikes and plans may change at any moment.

We all play a large role in combating this pandemic. Let's all do our part both on and off campus, which includes following city and state requirements to stop the spead of the virus. Continue to practice physical distancing, wear a mask, wash your hands and avoid all unnecessary social gatherings.

Last Day for Grab and Go @ Kapolei Elementary - Friday, January 29

The last day for our Grab and Go Meal Distribution at Kapolei Elementary School will be on Friday, January 29.

Alternative Grab and Go Sites:

*Kapolei Middle School
Monday: 11:50 a.m. - 12:20 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday: 11:50 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

*Kapolei High School
Monday: 12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday: 11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

*except holidays and days the school is closed

Second Quarter Report Card and Third Quarter Packet Pickup for Distance Learning Students

•Tuesday, January 19
•Wednesday, January 20

11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Front Office Loop

•Park on Kama'aha Loop (off campus)
•No parking available at the front loop of the school.

Procedures for Self-Serve Pickup

•Arrive at the front loop no earlier than 11:00 a.m.
(park off campus)

•Boxes with packets (which include your child's report card) will be placed at the front loop by grade levels, K-5.

•After finding the grade level of your child,
look for the teachers name.

•Look for your child's envelope in the box.

Update: Grab and Go Meals - Last Day at Kapolei Elementary - Friday, January 29

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act has allowed the USDA Food & Nutrition Services to provide free school meals for children (under the age of 18) for a limited time starting on Monday, October 12, until Friday, January 29, 2021.

Kapolei Elementary School will now be allowing the parent or guardian to pick up free school meals (both breakfast AND lunch at the same time) without the child(ren) being present starting on WEDNESDAY, October 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. The parent or guardian may pick up free breakfast AND lunch at the same time every day for each child(ren), Monday through Friday, except for Federal or State holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. at the front loop or until the food runs out.

The Parent or guardian is REQUIRED to bring one form of approved documentation everyday to receive free school meals for their child(ren) from these documents listed below:
Child(ren) School ID Card(s)
Official letter/mail from school listing child(ren) enrolled
Recent individual child(ren) report card(s)
Attendance record(s) from parent portal of school website
Birth certificate
State ID
High school student’s driver license

All vehicle passengers must use face masks and REMAIN in the vehicle.
Drive up to the meal clerk(s) in the front loop and roll down the vehicle window.
Present approved documentation everyday for the child(ren) and then free school meal(s) will be passed to you.
