Second Quarter Report Card and Third Quarter Packet Pickup for Distance Learning Students

Front Office Loop

•Park on Kama'aha Loop (off campus)
•No parking available at the front loop of the school.

Procedures for Self-Serve Pickup

•Arrive at the front loop no earlier than 11:00 a.m.
(park off campus)

•Boxes with packets (which include your child's report card) will be placed at the front loop by grade levels, K-5.

•After finding the grade level of your child,
look for the teachers name.

•Look for your child's envelope in the box.

No Longer Live In Kapolei?

If you no longer live in the Kapolei Elementary School Geographic Service Boundary Area, please contact the school office to fill in a release form for your child to attend his/her new home school.

Update: Grab and Go Meals - Last Day at Kapolei Elementary - Friday, January 29

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act has allowed the USDA Food & Nutrition Services to provide free school meals for children (under the age of 18) for a limited time starting on Monday, October 12, until Friday, January 29, 2021.

Kapolei Elementary School will now be allowing the parent or guardian to pick up free school meals (both breakfast AND lunch at the same time) without the child(ren) being present starting on WEDNESDAY, October 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. The parent or guardian may pick up free breakfast AND lunch at the same time every day for each child(ren), Monday through Friday, except for Federal or State holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. at the front loop or until the food runs out.

The Parent or guardian is REQUIRED to bring one form of approved documentation everyday to receive free school meals for their child(ren) from these documents listed below:
Child(ren) School ID Card(s)
Official letter/mail from school listing child(ren) enrolled
Recent individual child(ren) report card(s)
Attendance record(s) from parent portal of school website
Birth certificate
State ID
High school student’s driver license

All vehicle passengers must use face masks and REMAIN in the vehicle.
Drive up to the meal clerk(s) in the front loop and roll down the vehicle window.
Present approved documentation everyday for the child(ren) and then free school meal(s) will be passed to you.

Allergen Free School

Planning on bringing treats for the students? Planning on bringing snacks? Planning on bringing home lunch?
Please remember that we are a Peanut Free School. We have students who are highly allergic to peanuts and nut products. Do not sent any treats with peanut products to school. Other options for celebration treats: pencils, stickers or other peanut free treats. Thank You!

•These important forms help to determine the distribution of federal funds that help to benefit our school and students.
•Drop off all completed forms in the yellow box located right outside of the office door.
•Lost your card? Need another card? Inform the school office and we will get one to you!
